Highs and Lows

Two and a half is such and amazing age and such a challenging age at the same time. We deal with a lot of whining and crying and fighting, but we also have a whole lot of sweetness and snuggles and love.

Wei-Yand has been travelling a lot the past couple weeks, and we really miss him around here. I sometimes feel I'm reaching the end of my patience, and then the girls do something so incredibly sweet that it just melts my heart and renews my spirit.

Like when Harper was having a hard time opening a door, and Tannah said "I'll help you Harper". Then when Tannah couldn't open it either, she said "sorry Sweetie".

Or when they randomly decided to hold hands in the grocery store.

Or when our daycare provider texts me a picture of the two of them napping together.

Or when they wrap their little arms around me and tell me they love me. The seriously are the sweetest little girls:)
