A Berry Special First Birthday Party

Some of our family and friends joined us today to celebrate our "berry special" little girls' first birthday.  I may have gone a little bit overboard, but they only turn one once, right?

I chose the theme quite a while ago, and decided that I would make as many of the Strawberry Shortcake decorations as possible.

I found these adorable strawberry dresses for the girls, and they fit right in with our theme, so I couldn't resist.

My mom and my sister made the girls birthday hats.

We sang Happy Birthday to Harper first, since she was born first.  I had to help her blow out her candle.

I had to help Tannah too.

I love my family.  Tannah kept trying to grab a cupcake.  Harper very carefully dipped her finger in the icing.

We gave the girls their very own chairs for their birthday.  They were a big hit.  They loved being able to climb into them on their own.

We had such a fantastic day.  It was so nice to have our friends and family here to celebrate with us.  We have two very loved, very spoiled little girls.  I'm not really sure where we're going to put all of the new stuff they got as presents.  I guess it might be time to buy a house:)
